1. Enrollment & Tuition Policy – I understand that enrollment in group lessons reserves a space for my child for the full session. Tuition is due prior to the start of the session and is non-refundable once the session begins.

2. Attendance & Make-Up Policy – I understand that due to the group format, missed classes cannot be guaranteed a make-up lesson. Tuition is reserved for the child’s scheduled class time regardless of attendance.

3. Classroom Conduct – I agree to ensure that my child follows studio guidelines and demonstrates respectful behavior toward instructors and classmates. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

4. Liability Waiver – I release and hold harmless Ode to Joy Music Studio, its instructors, and staff from any liability for injuries or accidents that may occur during lessons or while on studio premises.
